For Each Project, a Cashiers Check or Bid Bond Payable to the Baldwin County Board of Education in an Amount Not Less Than Five (5) Percent of the Amount of the Bid, but in No Event More Than $10,000, Must Accompany the Bidders Proposal. Performance and Payment Bonds and Evidence of Insurance Required in the Bid Documents Will Be Required at the Signing of the Contract. Other Sets for General Contractors, and Sets for Subcontractors and Dealers, May Be Obtained With the Same Deposit, Which Will Not Be Refunded. Site Construction for the New Proposed Elementary School Includes Furnishing All Labor, Materials, Equipment, and Any Other Incidentals Necessary to Construct the Driveways & Parking Areas, Utilities, and Stormwater Drainage System in Strict Accordance With Detailed Construction Plans as Shown in the Contractual Documents and Shall Meet the Requirements of the Alabama State Highway Department Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, as Amended (Articles Regarding Payment Are Omitted).
