The Village of Giltner is requesting qualified engineering firms to submit statements of qualification for a Water System Improvement project report. The activities include evaluation of the Village of Giltner treatment for manganese compared to water purchase from Grand Island including and excluding the Village of Phillips which is experiencing el- evated uranium levels. The engineer- ing report shall include the cost for the transmission of a water main line, booster station if required, route selection, cost estimates and comparisons and operational cost. Written qualifications should be submitted to the Village Clerk and be postmarked on or before January 8th, 2024. No qualifications postmarked thereafter will be considered.
