Questions received after this date and time will not be answered Rock County reserves the right to negotiate with one or more respondents. Rock County is seeking proposals to provide Rock County with a comprehensive set of policies, trainings and exercises related to County buildings and the building occupants "all hazards" situations and events. Develop and provide a simplified assessment tool for department and building representatives. Collect and analysis the information and provide a summary to the working group of "All Hazards" events including: 1. Weather-related (tornado, flood, another natural event, etc.) 2. Fire/Other Internal 3. Active Shooter 4. Bomb/Other Threat 5. Adjoin neighborhood incident requiring lockdown. 6. Protest/ civil unrest 7. Demonstration/ civil unrest 8. Utility outages 9. Medical Emergency 10. Other/All Hazards
