Marshall University is soliciting bids on behalf of the Facilites and Operations Department to establish a contract for Janitorial Services. All technical questions must be submitted in writing to Misty DiSilvio via email at delong16@marshall.edu and purchasing@marshall.edu by 3:30 p.m., EST on January 19, 2024. The Institution reserves the right to accept or reject bids on each item separately or as a whole, to reject any or all bids, project shall furnish a valid bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid PERFORMANCE BOND: The apparent successful Vendor shall provide a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract. LABOR/MATERIAL PAYMENT BOND: The apparent successful Vendor shall provide a labor/material payment bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract value. T
