The anticipated award date of the proposed A-E Contract is on or before September 30, 2024. SF 330 Date of Receipt/Due Date: Interested firms having the capabilities to perform this work must submit one (1) electronic SF 330 and attachments (if any) no later than (NLT) 12:00 PM (EST) January 22, 2024. PROJECT OVERVIEW: The purpose of this design project is to renovate 3,119 SF by adding an office space with 8 workstations, and rework two other areas to provide a new shop space and a new storage space. Much of the old equipment in this old chiller room has been removed allowing for open/free space to provide much needed area for cubicles for MORR Office personnel and shop equipment. This additional shop space will be an area to service Ice Machines, Refrigerators, Freezers, etc. This storage space will be primarily for components necessary to keep the main corridors in good working order. This new MORR office will increase efficiency by lending additional support to shop personnel for work orders, outages, projects, etc. Work Order Completion Percentage will improve as a result of adding shop space and relocating support personnel to the area. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
