NOTICE: ONLY BIDS FROM CONTRACTORS AND SUBCONTRACTORS WHO ARE CURRENTLY PREQUALIFIED BY THE OHIO DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (ODOT) UNDER THE POLICY FOR LOCAL PUBLIC AGENCY (LPA) PROJECTS, PROCEDURE STATEMENT VI, A, 1., WILL BE ACCEPTED. The estimated cost of this project is $1,268,521 and the project cannot be awarded if the bid price exceeds the estimate by 10% Each bid shall have filed with it a bid guaranty in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit revocable only at the option of Washington County in an amount equal to 10% of the bid or a bond in accordance with division (B) of Section 153.54 of the Revised Code. The County Commissioners reserve the right to increase or decrease any quantities, waive any informalities or technicalities, and may reject any/or all bids as may be deemed to be in the best interest of Washington County.
