Saving Project...

Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Bradenton, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

Manatee County Government, a political subdivision of the State of Florida (hereinafter referred to as "the County"), will receive proposals from individuals, corporations, partnerships, and other legal entities authorized to do business in the State of Florida, for the rehabilitation of the Samoset Community Resource Center, an approximately 13,000sq.f. building located at 2703 19th St. Ct. East Bradenton, FL 34208. The contractor selected for this project will be responsible for furnishing all necessary permits, materials, equipment, and labor for a complete project, in accordance with the specifications of this Request for Proposals. This project is funded by a United States Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), as administered through Manatee County. There are federal regulations that apply through the duration of the project's life-cycle including Davis Bacon wage rates and Section 3 reporting.
