Site work, new construction and addition to a mixed-use development in Carmel, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.
Construction began April 2024. The center is anticipated for completion in June 2025. Pre-Bid questions shall be submitted within (7) seven days before the bid due date.
