Currently the electrical, HVAC and masonry bid packages are out for bid because we didn't receive any bids from these categories previously. available at 2:00PM, Wednesday, December 20, 2023, Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid security in an amount of not less than 5% of the total base Bid sum, pledging that the Bidder will enter into a Contract with the Owner under the terms stated in the Bid Documents.
