Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Burlington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project is for the construction of approximately 2,561 SY of parking lot expansions, including all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project in Central Park in Union, Boone County. It is the intent and requirement of the Boone County Fiscal Court that this project be completed no later than August 15, 2024. Question Submission Deadline: January 9, 2024, 2:00pm Question Response Deadline: January 9, 2024, 2:00pm Each bidder is required to submit with their bid, a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid, or certified check equal in amount to five percent (5%) of the base bid. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded will be required to furnish a surety bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informality if it is determined to be in the best interest of the County.
