Bid or Option (1) Remove and replace the aluminum roof, fiberglass skylights and steel gutters with a 26-gauge steel roof, fiberglass skylights and seamless gutters and down spouts. -Option (2) Remove and replace the aluminum roof, sidewalls, fiberglass skylights and gutters with a 26-gauge steel roof, 29-gauge sidewalls, fiberglass skylights and seamless gutters - Install drip stop under roof steel. Base trim under wall sheets -Disposal of materials and cleanup of job site -Management, clerical - Insulation to building code -Maintain a safe work environment Lafayette County Fairgrounds is accepting bids to replace the Commercial building steel roof, Sidewalls, and gutters located on the Lafayette County fairgrounds. Lafayette County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to accept the bid deemed most advantages to Lafayette County
