Description

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Kerrville, Texas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The City of Kerrville has received funding from the Texas Department of Transportation for a Transportation Alternatives Set-Aside Program for the construction of sidewalks along Cully Drive, Hill Country Drive, and Wesley Drive in Kerrville, Texas; and, now intends to solicit requests for qualifications (RFQ) from qualified engineering firms to provide planning, engineering, surveying, geotechnical, bidding and construction phase services, pursuant to 23 C.F.R. 172. All direct questions about the meaning or intent regarding this RFQ and Project shall only be submitted through Electronically. This information should be requested as soon as possible in order to allow time to prepare the document and comply with the procedures. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED PRIOR TO 5:00 P.M. ON JANUARY 5th, 2024. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the City in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
