Hauling distance and roads to be. traveled over must meet the approval of the Highway Superintendent. Bid prices will be effective from January 1, 2024 until January 31, 2025. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids, or to procure by State/County and other towns Contract bid if prices warrant. Must be accompanied by a non-collusion bidding certificate in accordance with Section 103-d of the General Municipal Law. The non-collusion bidding certificates may be obtained in the Town Clerk's office.
