This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

It shall be the intent and purpose of these specifications to outline and detail the terms and conditions under which a successful bidder, (hereafter "Contractor") shall provide Professional Cleaning Services for the County of Northampton Department of Human Services Building, (hereafter "County"),located at 2801 Emrick Boulevard, Bethlehem, PA 18020 in full compliance with these Bidding documents and subsequent Contract. This contract shall be for a term of three (3) years, provided that the contract is not terminated for just cause by the County prior to this date. The County reserves the right to extend this contract for up to two (2) additional 12-month periods. Said extension shall be by mutual consent of the County and Contractor, and be subject to negotiation. Award will generally be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder meeting specifications within ninety (90) days of the bid opening date. If circumstances dictate, the County may request an additional thirty (30) days, or a total of one hundred twenty (120) days from the date pf the bid opening. Bids not awarded within the one hundred twenty (120) day period following the bid opening date shall be rejected by the County of Northampton. All pre-award communications with the County shall be shall be directed to the Public Purchase Platform. All inquiries to the County will be responded to all utilizing the same online Platform. No communications received with fewer than seven (7) working days until the date the responses are due will be answered No verbal responses by any County personnel will have any bearing on the bid response nor be incorporated into any subsequent award. ***Bid event: Paper Proposal Submission: Contractor must mail or deliver two (2) paper copies (responses should not be bound or placed in notebooks) and one (1) Electronic copy (media file ie. Thumbdrive) containing two (2) .pdf files: (a) .pdf file with the complete submittal less the financial information and (b) .pdf file of the financial information to: Mr. Jeffrey S.
