Remote Bridge Upgrades at Multiple Locations Located at: State Street Bridge, Wells Street Bridge, and Highland Avenue Bridge. The work under this contract shall consist of Remote Bridge upgrades at Multiple Locations to the CCTV and Communication/PA Address systems and all design and incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the proposal and contract. Completion Date: June 28, 2024 Liquidated Damages, per diem: $200.00 The residency requirement for this project is 0% of all hours worked on the project. One quarter of these hours must be attributable to residents living in the following zip codes: 53204, 53205, 53206, 53208, 53210, 53215, and 53233. The SBE requirement for this project is 0% of the contract base bid. The SBE Compliance Plan (Form A) must be submitted with the bid and is an element of bid responsiveness. SBE certificates must be submitted with the Form A. Incomplete SBE Compliance Plans (Form A) or inaccurate SBE Compliance Plans will not be accepted and will render the bid unresponsive.
