Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cary, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Approximate quantities involved are as follows: 27,995 TN S9.5 Asphalt Surface Course 226,173 SY Asphalt Milling - Various Depths 119 ADA Curb Ramps 20 ADA Ramp Truncated Dome Retrofits 1,222 TN Pavement Patching (Patching Only Streets) Including but not limited to: adjustment of manholes and water valves, pavement markings, curbing, ramps, saw cutting of inductive loops and all other associated work. The quantities displayed above include the base bid and alternatives. The Town of Cary is not responsible for bidders relying on incomplete bid documents. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction to Bidders. The Town of Cary reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
