Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
CEC - Chenery Auditorium Catwalk Improvements 714 South Westnedge Avenue Kalamazoo, Michigan 49024 Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidders will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds for one hundred percent (100%) of their Contract amount prior to execution of Contracts. All Bids may be held for a period not to exceed 120 days before awarding contracts. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid (or combination of Bids) and to waive any irregularities in bidding. Remove existing wooden catwalk. Existing lighting and sound systems to remain. o Install all new metal Catwalk Assembly, metal framing, supports, fire treated plywood walkway and Unistrut catwalk system. o Construction to run January through March of 2024 o Commence Work end of January, complete by April 1, 2024
