The Bidder is advised to submit the pre-qualification information as early as possible before the above deadline, because the City does not guarantee the pre-qualification of all submitted Contractors before the project bid deadline BID #23-23: Benham Avenue Lift Station and Force Main - Division I & Division II WA7554 & SA7555 Project Summary: The purpose of Division I is to further progress towards completion of the separation of storm and sanitary sewer as part of Elkhart's CSO 39 project. Division I includes a new lift station, new force main, new storm sewer, roadway reconstruction, lighting, and signal modifications. Division II will consist of the installation of approximately 2,000 feet of water main, approximately 2,250 feet of storm sewer, drive approach removal, replacement, and pavement removal and replacement, and sidewalk removal and replacement along parts of LaSalle, Benham, Harrison, and 4 th St. The project will also include a realignment of Benham Avenue between Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Blvd. and Harrison St.
