LED Field Lighting The Board of Mayor and Aldermen reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive formalities. This contract is for the purchase and installation of LED Lighting on three (3) baseball/softball fields and one (1) football field. Each baseball/softball field has twenty-four (24) lights, the football field has thirty (30) lights. Existing wiring and poles may be utilized once inspected and deemed to be in good condition by installer. Lights shall meet all Little League Internationalstandards in regards to foot candles per foot. Minimum shall be fifty (50) foot candles in the infield and thirty (30) foot candles in the outfield. Bids should be broken down on a per field price. See pictures attached for description of each field The below specifications represent the technical data needed for the project. The successful vendor must have experience in replacement of sports field lighting, including but not limited to electrical wiring.
