The project will reinforce the slope of the area where the road failed using a concrete panel wall ("tee wall") system, which is a gravity retaining wall system involving the placement of precast concrete units into the ground and backfilling to stabilize the affected roadway. The project will also construct new roadway paving, striping, and guard sections.
