Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.
The Public Works Department is seeking proposals for the construction of street improvements related to the West College Link (St. Mary's to Memorial High School to Zarzamora Creek) 2022 Bond project. The project is located in Districts 5 & 7. The project improvements will include street mill and overlay, shared use path, pedestrian lighting, trees, irrigation and utility upgrades. Upon City Council approval of contract award, the selected Respondent shall furnish City with payment and performance bonds, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 2253 of the Texas Government Code required for this Project have been attached hereto, incorporated by reference herein and labeled as "Exhibit C". Question Deadline 10/02/2024 at 4:00 PM CT Respondent must submit questions concerning this RFCSP through Electro Construction Cost Estimate: $5,178,604.34 Calendar Days: Respondent understands and agrees that this is a 360 calendar day contract. Substantial Completion NTP Substantial Completion $1,784.12 per day Final Completion Substantial Completion 30 Calendar Days $895.12 per day City reserves the right to award one, more than one or no contract(s) in response to this RFCSP.
