In accordance to the Houston Public Works Infrastructure Design Manual and Guidelines for the Safe Sidewalk Program latest edition. The work to be performed shall consist of furnishing and installing all materials, equipment, excavation, backfill, grading, sodding or paving of disturbed areas, disposal of all debris and surplus excavation materials, and the demolition of existing facilities necessary to complete sidewalks, and wheel chair ramps as directed by the engineer.
