Renovation of a water / sewer project in Goldsboro, North Carolina. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
As of October 30, 2025, constructions documents were presented to the council on 10/20/2025. Work that consists of replacement of one existing flow meter and installation of a second new flow meter on the finished water piping at the City Water Treatment Plant. Contractors must be licensed under the prevailing State Laws governing their trade. The right is reserved to hold bids for ninety (90) days, reject bids, add, or delete work, waive informalities and award a contract the City determines is in its best interest. The City has an affirmative policy of fostering, promoting, and conducting business with women and minority owned enterprises and encourages their participation.
