The Owner reserves the right to Waive irregularities and to reject any all bids. The project description is given only for the purpose of acquainting prospective Bidders with the Project and is not intended to give Bidders a complete description of all the Work or materials. It is intended only as an aid for understanding the scope of the Project. All dimensions and existing conditions are to be verified by the Bidder. Provide all labor, materials, services and incidentals necessary to perform the work. Coordinate all roofing operations with the Engineer and the Owner. The Contractor is responsible for the protection of all interior spaces where the roofing operations are being performed as well as the scheduling of roofing operations for the Project. The interior of the building will be occupied during the Project. The Contractor shall notify the Engineer and the Owner within two (2) weeks of rooftop operations which could adversely affect the interior occupancy. The work to be performed under this specification shall include but is not limited to the following: Attend necessary job meetings and furnish competent and full time supervision, experienced roof mechanics, all materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete, in an acceptable manner, the roof installation in accordance with this specification.
