This Invitation to Bid is for your convenience in submitting a bid for the specified project. If submitting electronically, do not submit paper documents. If you choose to submit in hard copy, submit one original paper copy of your submittal to the office of the Director of Purchasing and Contract Management: Questions Due Date: Dec 13th 2024, 4:00 PM CST The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in accordance with Chapter 2253, Government Code, in the amount of 100% of the total contract price in the event that said contract price exceeds $100,000 and the successful bidder will be required to furnish a payment bond in accordance with Chapter 2253, Government Code, in the amount of 100% of the total contract price in the event that said contract price exceeds $50,000. The estimated budget for this project is $1,500,000. The Construction Covered by the Contract Documents Shall Be Substantially Completed Within 95 Consecutive Calendar Days From the Date Specified in the Notice to Proceed Issued by the City of Lubbock to the Successful Bidder.
