The intent of this solicitation is to establish an annual requirements contract for maintenance and repair of automatic doors. To provide all necessary repairs to existing automatic doors automatic doors; restoring to the specifications contained in the manufacturer's maintenance and operations manual. Repairs include the replacement of parts as authorized by the city. The City of Arlington exclusively uses IonWave for the notification and dissemination of all solicitations. The receipt of solicitations through any other means may result in your receipt of incomplete specifications and/or addendums which could ultimately render your bid/proposal non-compliant.
