This project has been awarded with no timeframe established. ** The Scope of Work includes street improvements to the intersection of 9th Street and Taylor Avenue within the Crystal City and provides for new storm sewers, curbing and sidewalks, traffic control and other incidental items and work described in the Project Manual, or reasonably inferable therefrom. Crystal City anticipates issuing notice to proceed in early 2024.
