Site work for a water / sewer project in Sacramento, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, services, transportation, appliances, and mechanical workmanship required for this Agreement, Contract No. 6022, as provided for and set forth in the Plans and Specifications, or in either of them. All of the work done under this Agreement shall be under the supervision of and performed to the satisfaction of the District Engineer who shall have the right to reject any and all materials and supplies furnished by Contractor which do not comply with said Plans and Specifications, together with the right to require Contractor to replace any and all work furnished by Contractor which is not, either in workmanship or material, in strict accordance with the Plans and Specifications. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Construct approximately 4 miles of large diameter (66) recycled water pipeline. DISADVANTAGE BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (DBE) SOLICITATIONS: Project requires posting DBE solicitations for bids or proposals for a minimum of 30 calendar days before the bid opening date. CONTRACTOR LICENSE REQUIRED: GENERAL ENGINEERING CONTRACTOR, CLASS A Award of this Contract requires a valid California contractor's license with the classification identified above. REGIONAL SAN CONTACT: Kyle Frazier, PE Sr. Civil Engineer EchoWater and Harvest Water Projects Program Management Office Questions will only be answered if posted to the Public Purchase website listed below. All other communication should be sent to EGTP@sacsewer.com. Each bid must be submitted on the bid forms provided in the Contract Documents. Each bid must also be accompanied by security in the form of a bid bond issued by a corporate surety, a certified check or cashiers check payable to the Treasurer of Sacramento County, for an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the aggregate sum of the bid. The successful bidder shall be required to execute a Material and Labor Payment Bond and Performance Bond, issued by a corporate surety, acceptable to the Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District, each for not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in any bid, and to determine which bid, in the judgment of the Board, is the lowest responsive bid of a responsible bidder.
