Site work for a civil project in Delta, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Tsawwassen First Nation is requesting fee proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide construction civil services required for the filling of a 13-acre site (Phase 1) and a 6.42-acre site (Phase 2), at the north of Cypress Way and west of Salish Sea Drive, Tsawwassen, B.C. TFN plans to fill 19.42 acres north of Cypress Way, west of Salish Sea Drive and east of Dragonfly Drive, Tsawwassen, B.C. The Work is expected to be completed in phases and includes the following: PHASE 1 13-acre site: Construction of a culvert and driveway access on Salish Sea Drive. Construction of access roads, ditches, and swales along the perimeter of the project site. New riparian forest buffer area. PHASE 2 (Optional Price) 6.42-acre site: Construction of access roads, ditches, and swales along the perimeter of the project site. New riparian forest buffer area and planting area. Relocation of the processed/screened archaeological midden material from the adjacent west site and placing it along the northern planting area of the 6.2-acre site.
