The City of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee has been awarded a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) to purchase security cameras to improve the health and safety of individuals within the city limits at census blocks: TN0999605012, TN0999604012, and TN0999604014. The City of Lawrenceburg is requesting bids for the following security cameras: 35 Security Cameras 2k Resolution - 4mp lens Day/night mode Pole mount or multi-mount system (not including the pole) Solar power to meet amp draw of camera/battery pack 2.4/5ghz wireless Internal SD card Remote access for offsite viewing Ip65 weather rating (for outdoor use) Potential bidders are welcome to visit the downtown area of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee to see the existing security cameras currently installed If you are an individual with a disability and require reasonable accommodations or have additional questions regarding this invitation, please contact Dick McKinley, City Administrator, at 931-762-4459 ext. 101. Bids shall be an all-inclusive price for materials, supplies, equipment, and profit/overhead required to perform the requested scope of work according to the terms and conditions of this request for bids. The bid envelope shall conform to the requirements of the T.C.A. 62-6-119; whereas bids of $25,000 or more shall display on the outside of the envelope the name of the contractor. License number, date of expiration, and license classification. Nothing herein is intended to exclude any responsible vendor, product, or service or in any restrain or restrict competition. All responsible vendors, especially minority and female-owned businesses, are encouraged to bid. The said City, unless otherwise specified by the bidder reserves the right to accept any item on the bid. The City shall have ninety (90) days from bid opening to accept a bid. Bids received after the specified time for opening, as shown on the invitation to bid, will not be accepted. The City reserves the right to cancel an accepted bid or contract in whole or in part due to nonperformance or defective products.
