The project consists of the construction of 750,000 gallon composite or multi-column style elevated storage tank (EST) with alternates for a 500,000 gallon and 1,000,000 gallon composite or multi-column style elevated storage tank (EST), approximately 375 linear feet of 20-inch ductile iron pipe with associated valves, vaults and fittings, 510 tons of hot mix asphalt pavement, 4'x2' reinforced concrete box culvert and headwalls, barb wire fence, chain link fence, rolling slide gate, and all necessary appurtenances. The City of Mabank (Owner) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified contractors for the US 175 Elevated Storage Tank (HWL 524.00') & Veterans Elevated Storage Tank Modifications, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals. This Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals is being issued to select a Contractor for the Project as provided by Texas Government Code Chapter 2269.
