**As of February 7, 2024, project was awarded to Grace Construction , awarded amount is $364,243.25. ** This work includes the demolition and removal of all items necessary for the completion of the work as shown on the contract documents, including but not limited to, asphalt roadways, concrete base with asphalt overlaid roadways, and concrete curb. Included also is the removal of all signs and poles which are to be salvaged and delivered to the owner's designated storage area Expansion of existing tennis and pickleball courts at Melvin Park. The project will include all necessary demolition and fine grading and the construction of a two-court tennis battery, concrete work, lighting, fencing, court resurfacing, smart entry access gate, and the conversion of (3) tennis courts into (9) pickleball courts The question period closes Friday, January 12, 2024 at 5:00PM.
