The Lee County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) desires to obtain services from skilled and qualified CONTRACTOR to provide labor and materials as required for the vegetation removal, fence repair, and replacement as listed on Ten (10) sites for Lee County properties that sustained damage due to Hurricane Ian. A Certified Check or a Cashiers Check in the stated dollar amount of not less than 5% of proposed dollar amount. Payment and Performance Bond is to be issued in a sum equal to one hundred (100%) percent of the total awarded contract amount by a surety company considered satisfactory by Lee County
