Walla Walla County Fire District #8 hereby notifies all bidders that they will affirmatively ensure that in any contracts entered into pursuant to this advertisement, minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, creed, sex or natural origin in consideration for an award. The award of the contracts will be to the qualified bidder submitting the lowestresponsive bid. Walla Walla County Fire District #8 has the right to reject any and all bids or waive any informality in the bidding and make the award as deemed to be in the best interest of the District.
