Charlotte County is requesting proposals from qualified Contractors to provide professional Construction Manager at Risk services as part of a construction team, which includes design consultants and the County, for the second phase to Charlotte County William R. Gaines Jr. Veterans Memorial Park in conjunction with the first phase of G.C. Herring Park. These projects shall include Community Services design standards, Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design principals, and meet any grant requirements. LOCATION: William R.
