(I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Period of Performance 05/01/2024 through 04/30/2025. Annual Total for all scheduled maintenance: CLIN 0002 - Base Year Emergency Maintenance (Not-To-Exceed $2,500.00) Unscheduled and emergency repairs $________per hour no repair shall be completed until approval is received through the Point of Contact (POC) or a Contracting Officer (CO). Repairs less than $2,500.00 shall be approved by the POC and paid by Government Purchase Card (GPC) with prior authorization and approved funding.
