Future City of Toronto municipal upgrade projects. TIMELINE: A Request For Supplier Qualifications has been issued by the owner. This RFSQ is an invitation by the City of Toronto to establish a Roster of pre-qualified candidates for City procurements that require the services of a Fairness Monitor on an as and when required basis to be determined solely by the City. The Roster will be in effect for an initial period of three (3) years from the day of its establishment. The City will have the option to renew the Roster with any or all of the Successful Respondents for an additional two (2), one (1) year terms. The maximum period that this RFSQ will be in effect is five (5) years. The option to renew the Roster for up to two (2), one (1) year terms will be based on formal City review of the performance level of Fairness Monitors on Work Assignments completed over the prior year. The City will be under no obligation to exercise any renewal option. Each year of the contract term the City reserves the right to review the prequalified list of Fairness Monitors and if at any time the City observes the list is not sufficient to handle the workload, then additional Fairness Monitors may be added following the process in Part 5 Section 2.4.4.
