For constructing Blue Lake Street, York Street, Five Blue Lake Courts to serve Blue Lake 3rd Addition tied with Sanitary Sewer Improvements to serve Bellechase 3rd Addition. A Bid Bond in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) Of the Total Bid or an Annual Bid Bond is Required Prior to Bid Opening. Any questions prior to bid submittal should be directed to Matthew Schultze, P.E., Subdivision Engineer, at (316) 268-4235 or mschultze@wichita.gov For state/federal aid projects, the prime contractor must be on the Kansas Department of Transportation s pre-qualified contractors list. Start Date. The work order on this project shall be issued 30 (thirty) calendar days after the date on which the contract for this project has been awarded to the successful bidder. Completion Date. The work on these projects shall be completed within 50 (fifty) total for both projects working days from the date of beginning work for all projects and in accordance with the plans and Standard Specifications PN-468-2023-029751
