Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lakewood, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work to be accomplished under this contract will include the construction of a new sanitary sewer (sizes vary from 12 inches to 30 inches) parallel to the existing over and under sewer. The work will include and not limited to: manhole separations, lining of the existing 8 inch under sewer, construction of 435 linear feet of new 48" storm sewer, repair of existing storm sewers, rehabilitation of existing manholes, replacing catch basins and storm sewers to the basin, replacement or lining of storm and sanitary laterals, pavement planning, base repairs, resurfacing, new curbs and curb drains, tree removal and replacement, treelawn restoration, installation of solar streetlights, and other appurtenances. Public outreach, notices and Good Neighbor Commitments shall be per the General Conditions, plans, and specifications. Est. Completion Date: Nov. 15, 2024 Est. Value: $ 4,515,000.00 Site Directions: Lewis Drive between Franklin and Detroit Avenues.
