Site work for a water / sewer project in Talbotton, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
All questions pertaining to the Project and Bid Documents must be submitted electronically. All Contractor questions should be made in writing to Nick Zimmer at nzimmer@pandqinc.com Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered. The Work consists of installation and development of two (2) 8-inch permanent water wells including disinfection, sealing and all related work. Bond Requirements: Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a certified cashier's check, the value of which should not be less than five percent (5%) of the overall bid amount. All bonds must be countersigned by a Georgia Resident Agent and should be submitted with a corresponding "Power of Attorney." The successful bidder is required to provide both a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the awarded Contract amount. Funding Sources: Project will receive funding from the Georgia Environmental Finance Authority, making it subject to the corresponding Federal and State laws and regulations. Bidders are obligated to adhere to DBE & EEO requirements, the Davis Bacon and Related Acts, Wage Rate Determination, and the EPA Consolidated Appropriations Act 2014, which includes an American Iron & Steel Requirement
