The Board of County Commissioners of Hernando County, Florida, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received in accordance with the Bid Documents and the Hernando County Procurement Ordinance. The Vendor/Contractor will supply all materials, labor, and equipment in order to accomplish the Wiscon Potable Supply Wells Construction, as described in the specifications and construction plans showing the proposed improvements in Hernando County, Florida. 9.2. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A. This project consists of providing all labor, tools, materials, testing, and incidentals required to construct two (2) potable water supply wells. Specs for project are located in Section 10, Attachment A. B. It will be the Vendor/Contractor's responsibility to provide an acceptable MOT plan at the PreConstruction meeting along with a chart showing the project schedule. C. The Vendor/Contractor shall comply with all applicable OSHA workplace safety requirements and shall accomplish the work in a manner providing for the safety of their equipment and workers and for the safety of the general public. 9.3. LOCATION OF THE WORK: The work to be performed in this contract will be performed on 15400 Wiscon Road, Brooksville, FL. 34601, in Hernando County, Florida.
