Dare County is seeking a qualified vendor to provide the following services as they relate to the improvement of the 10-acre recreation fields positioned behind the First Flight Middle School, located at 109 Veterans Drive, Kill Devil Hills, NC 27948. Dare County reserves the right to reject any and all responses in accordance to North Carolina General Statutes. The approved vendor will provide a turnkey cost for the following 5 acres of playing areas: -Power Rake approximately 5 acres of the primary playing area to be designated soccer filed 1 and soccer field 2. One field will run north and south with the other running east and west. -Provide approximately 320 yards of top soil -Provide approximately 24,200 square yards of TifTuf Bermuda or equivalent. -All labor required to prep and install all materials including delivery fees. The remaining 5 acres shall receive the following: -Provide approximately 24,200 square yards of Bermuda Sprigs -Provide 2,000 square yards of sod -Provide approximately 240 yards of top soil -All labor required to prep and install all materials including delivery fees.
