Renovation of a municipal facility in Anniston, Alabama. Working plans call for the renovation of a 12,800-square-foot municipal facility.
**As of January 12, 2024, bids were cancelled. No definite date for the rebid.** The Project is generally described as follows: The removal and replacement of approximately 12,800 square feet of granite flooring at the Anniston City Meeting Center. The Owner requires the Project to be completed in thirty (30) calendar days from date of Notice to Proceed. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or cashiers check in the amount of a sum no less than five percent (5%) of the Bid Price but not more than $10,000.00. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the bidder, bidders Alabama General Contractors License number, address and name of the project and project number. Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 calendar days after submission. Contractor will be required to provide one (1) Owners Protective Liability Policies. Named Insured shall be as follows: 1. City of Anniston The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids
