No definite date for the rebid.** Overhead Door Replacement The City reserves the right to evaluate and reject any and all bids, and re-bid at a later date. The city may wave any irregularities in the bid or negotiate variances from specifications and make awards that are in the best interest of the city. The city will have final decisions in all matter regarding acceptance of bids and issuance of award. This includes contractor availability. The city encourages minority and female owned businesses to submit on all City purchases. Any bids received after the specified deadline will be returned to the vendor. Overhead Door Replacement This project includes furnishing the following labor, equipment, and material to replace overhead doors on the Street Maintenance Barn: 1. Removal and Replacement of 10 overhead doors: o Remove existing doors and tracks. o Install new 12'x 14' - 24 gauge overhead doors and tracks, including heavy duty hardware, and 3 insulated windows in each door. o Replace all weather seals. o Provide Manufacturer's standard warranty and Contractor Installation warranty.
