The scope of work includes but is not limited to: Refinish 12 floors - Floors are 1"x1" ceramic tile floors - total 1712 square feet. Refinish - 22 Terrazzo 3'x3' shower pans, remove and install new shower surrounds. Remove and install additional 32 shower surrounds (pans do not need refinishing) for 3'x3' showers. Provide a 3-year warranty against peeling or failure of adhesion and water tightness/leaking and workmanship. See pictures of floor types, shower pans and surrounds.
