The City of Simi Valley (City) invites your firm to submit a Statement of Qualifications for Engineering Survey Services for the design and construction of various public works projects. The City intends to select one to three firms to provide Engineering Survey Services on an as-needed basis. The attached "Request for Qualifications" document contains information and procedures to assist you in the preparation of the Statement of Qualifications. Questions about this RFQ must be submitted no later than the date stated in the Schedule of Events for response. No questions other than written or e-mail will be accepted, and no response other than written will be binding upon the City. The City of Simi Valley Department of Public Works is seeking interested firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications for Engineering Survey Services associated with the design and construction of City public works projects. Some of these projects are federally funded and therefore are subject to applicable federal requirements, including 49 CFR 26 - Participation by Disadvantaged Business Enterprises. The DBE goal for these services is 0%. The term for this service will be two (2) years from the effective date, with an option to renew one (1) additional year.
