Demolition and site work for a warehouse / distribution facility in Robins AFB, Georgia. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.

Sources Sought for Warhouse Structure Removal Project outlined in SOW and image attached. Site visits will be held after release of solicitation. Looking for confirmation for correct NAICS. Any suggestions for SOW clarification welcomed. The contractor shall provide a quantity of construction personnel with the technical knowledge and skills, transportations, equipment, materials, tools, and supervision as needed to complete the services and technical requirements in the Statement of Work (SOW), and at a minimum meet manufactures requirement. The Government reserves the right to take beneficial occupancy of parts of the project area before the total project completion date. This is not final acceptance and identified deficiencies must still be corrected. The period of performance for the project shall be completed in 30 Calendar days form the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Liquidated Damages will be applicable. If the contractor fails to complete the work within the time specified in the contract, the Contractor shall pay Liquidated Damages to the Government in the amount of $350.00 for the first day of delay, and $300.00 per day for each subsequent calendar day of delay until the work is completed. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
