The contract supports alteration, maintenance, repair, and minor new construction projects at various government facilities, including Naval Air Station (NAS) Fallon, NV, Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center (MCMWTC) Bridgeport, CA, and other approved locations. It is a 100% HUBZone Small Business Set-Aside with a total maximum value of $49,000,000 and individual task orders ranging from $2,000 to $1,500,000. The base period runs from January 29, 2026, to January 28, 2028, with one three-year option period extending to January 28, 2031.
