Broome DDSOO is seeking a contractor to create ADA Compliant toilet rooms in a large existing bathroom in building #2A on the Broome DDSOO campus. Winning bidder shall provide all necessary aspects of the remodeling of these bathrooms. All work shall be done according to the below scope of work and attached Stamped Construction Drawings. BRM 2A16 Bathroom Renovation. Enclosed is a request for quotation (RFQ) to perform the attached scope of work. This is not an IFB (bid). The Broome DDSO intends to award the contract to the most responsible and responsive vendor that provides the lowest cost and meets the requirements detailed in the scope of work. In deciding whether to submit a quote, please be aware the awarded vendor must adhere to the time frames outlined in the scope of work. The awarded vendor will also be required to submit certificates of Liability Insurance and Worker's Compensation Insurance as well as completed Lobbying Law Forms, and signed Appendix A. One of the Commodes in Each Bathroom Shall Be Ada Complaint. Contractor Shall Ensure That All Other Fixtures Are Ada Complaint as Well as Being Complaint With All Relevant Building Codes. 4.
