Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Miamisburg, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a recreation facility; for the renovation of a recreation facility; and swimming pool.

Project Description: Improvements within the Sycamore Trails Aquatic Center, including demolition of existing pools, structures and equipment, construction of pools, facility improvements and site enhancements. The project consists of the removal of the existing pool deck, recreational pool, and existing sand volleyball courts to create a new family aquatic destination for the community. The existing buildings will remain with new expansions and finish colors added to them to support the new aquatic programming and branding. To create a grand entry into the facility, a new open air barrel-vaulted canopy shall be constructed that will lead patrons in from the parking area into the Aquatic Center proper. The existing slide tower will be replaced with a new (3) slide feature that will become the vertical focal point of the area. Other areas of work consist of a parking lot expansion and connecting path to the park proper.
